Building Credibility Online
Stuntdubl has a great post giving 21 tips for improving your online credibility.
There’s no rocket science here, just good, simple tips, and the majority of which should be easy to implement if you’re not already doing them, such as creating custom error pages, having a physical address on your contact page and using correct spelling.
They’re things that we all probably neglect to think about from time to time, but to our visitors these things can make a big impression.
